Planner for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year

Our club, like Lions International, observes a fiscal year of July 1 to June 30. Starting in January, the President begins the process of planning the upcoming year, including dates, targets, and focuses. Everything that is published on this page should be considered a draft, until it is officially submitted to the Board and Club.

Past District Governors, the Guiding Lion, and other Committee Chairs are Non-Voting Advisors to the Board of Directors. They are not counted in determining a quorum, as they are ineligible to vote in board meetings. The General Counsel, while shown in the above list, is not a board member.

Flags SC
Chair:

Subcommittee under Humanitarian, responsible for collecting damaged U.S. and Texas Flags for proper retirement and disposal.

Leo Clubs SC
Chair:

Subcommittee under Humanitarian, responsible overseeing the Leo Advisors and sponsored Leo Clubs.

Activism SC
Chair:

Subcommittee under Representation, focuses on wider nonpartisan community activism, particularly in the LGBTQIA2+ communities.

ALERT SC

Emergency response and preparedness.

New Voices SC
Chair: Robin Vickers

The New Voices Initiative promotes gender parity and diversity and seeks to increase the number of women, young adults and underrepresented populations in Lions.

Protocol SC
Chair:

Assists in balancing club culture and traditions with District, Multiple District, and International protocol to maximize goodwill across clubs and the wider association.
